Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines Projektmanagement-Teams bestehend aus Senior und Project Managern sowie externen Mitarbeitenden.Gesamtverantwortung für alle Phasen des Projektlebenszyklus, von der ersten Idee über die Analyse und Planung bis zur finalen Umsetzung.Steuerung und Überwachung von Kosten-, Zeit- und Qualitätszielen innerhalb des IT-Projektportfolios unseres Geschäftsbereichs.Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung einer funktionierenden Projekt-Governance inklusive PMO-Standards und -Prozesse.Ansprechpartner:in für Eskalationen sowie Vermittlungsstelle zwischen internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern.Durchführung von Business-Analysen und Überführung strategischer Unternehmensziele in konkrete IT-Projekte.Verantwortung für das Jahresbudget von 6–9 Mio.
